If you have any questions, are experiencing difficulty redeeming a pass, or would like to leave feedback, please review our frequently asked questions below to see if we already have an answer for you. If you do not see an answer to your question, simply fill out our contact form by selecting OTHER > I HAVE A GENERAL INQUIRY.

There are a handful of ways to obtain a code:

1. Registering an account with us will allow you to be sent email invitations and other opportunities to see our movie screenings when they are hosted in your local area.

2. Our many screening partners (such as local radio and TV stations, newspapers and magazines, retail and other online sites) also provide codes to their audience.


If you received an email invitation from us, your code is built into the link and you must click it in order to RSVP for the event. Once you have located that link, you can also retrieve your code.

Your code will be presented in the following format: https://lionsgatescreenings.com/THISISMYCODE.

THISISMYCODE is the code that you will copy and paste into the Redeem Page.


If you accidently delete or misplace your email confirmation, you can always find a list of your passes (both past and current) on our site. They will be listed in your Account Profile when you log in. From there, you will be able to view, download, and even email the pass back to yourself.


Unfortunately, we are unable to distribute additional passes or codes. All members will receive an email invitation when there is a movie screening being hosted in the local area.


It is easy to check how many people your pass admits! Please refer to your pass that was sent in your email confirmation or view your pass in your Account Profile. The pass will indicate the number of total guests marked after the word ADMIT. Ex: ADMIT 2 indicates that your pass is valid for two people - you as the passholder and a guest. ADMIT 1 indicates that your pass is valid for only you as the passholder.


Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the location and time of your screening. Because the advanced screenings that we provide are free and pre-release, these passes are only valid for the date, location, and time provided on the pass. We are not able to transfer your movie pass screening to another location.


We are sad to hear that you are unable to join us for this special event, but there will always be other opportunities to attend our events in the future! We ask that you make your passes available so that other guests can experience our movie screening. Please visit your Account Profile and click "Delete Passes" to relinquish your pass. They will be made available for other guests who are on the wait list, anxious to receive a chance at their own pass!


Unfortunately, only the guest who initially obtained the pass may use that pass to attend the movie screening. Once a code has been redeemed, we are unable to make changes on the name or information stated on the pass. This is due to people obtaining fake or duplicate passes and can create an unequal opportunity for other guests to enjoy our movie screening experience. You may delete your passes from your Account Profile if you are unable to attend the event anymore.


Once an account is created, we do not typically carry out requests for name change unless it is necessary. These changes will be under special circumstances, such as a last name change due to marriage.

If you need to change your name due to marriage or legal change, please contact us below. All other changes will require you to delete your account and sign up with the correct name.

As of now, we no longer require your phone number or mailing address to be updated and only your zip code is necessary. In regards to sweepstakes information, we will contact the winner(s) via email to confirm contact information if necessary.


To make any changes to your account, including changing your password, please visit your Account Profile and click "Edit My Account", which can be seen underneath your profile picture. Then click the blank field and type in your desired password. You may also edit your zip code and state, if necessary. Be sure to submit your changes.

If you would like to delete your account, please log in and under your Account Profile, click "Delete My Account". You can always sign up again at any time.


Unfortunately, you will need to claim a pass in order to be admitted to a movie screening event. Guests who do not have a valid pass will be permitted to enter.


Once more passes become available, you will be notified via email with a code to claim your pass. The process is the same in that you will still need to claim a pass in order to be admitted into the event. Guests who are wait listed without a valid pass will not be allowed in.

Our screenings vary by film and while we do our best to provide as many movie screenings as possible, we cannot guarantee that a particular film will be hosted in your area.


Please contact your local movie theater location prior to your event so that they can set up specific accommodations based on your request.


An event becomes full when all of the passes for that particular movie screening has been redeemed. With the popularity of our events, there are potentially thousands of users trying to snag their own pass in certain areas. You are invited to join the wait list so that you can be notified of when more passes are available.


Although we strive for a full house, we do our best to not overbook an event. But each film and theater location varies by popularity and so we cannot guarantee seating. With that said, we do recommend arriving at least ONE (1) hour prior to the time of your event since seats are on a "first come, first served" basis.
